Apple And Cider Cheddar

This hand made flavoured cheese is made at Manor Farm, Poyntington on the Somerset, Dorset border by Melvin and his team. The mature cheddar used is selected from the West Country which is then flavoured. This mature cheddar is combined with apples and cider to give a classic Somerset flavour.
