Brie De Meaux Dongé is a brie which is made and matured in the Triconville region, east of Paris. Made from unpasteurised milk and ripened for four to six weeks with the rind gradually becoming golden with rosy tinges. After ripening, the cheese becomes very fruity, with a golden, straw-coloured interior. Delicious and made by one of the best Brie De Meaux makers.
