Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese

A delightful blue cheese made in the heart of Dorset. This cheese follows a 300-year-old recipe which was revived in the 80’s by Mike Davis. Blue Vinny is a slightly crumbly blue with a soft taste. It is made from semi-skimmed milk so is low fat.
