Reblochon

A magnificent cheese from the Fench mountains of Haute-Savoie. It is a lightly pressed, scalded cheese with a supple creamy paste and firm pinkish washed rind. The flavour is mild, fruity and absolutely delicious. Used in cooking the traditional Haute-Savoie dish of tartiflette.
