Singleton Lancashire
Over the years we have tried a few Lancashire cheeses and by far the best we have tried is this cheese from the Singleton dairy. It is a slightly crumbly cheese with a full bodied, slightly acid flavour with a fruity twist. An underrated cheese in our opinion which is well worth a try.
