Rachel Goat’s Cheese
Made at Bagborough Farm, Pylle near Shepton Mallet by Pete Humphreys. Pete says that Rachel is named after a friend of his, like the cheese she is sweet, curvy and slightly nutty. This semi-hard cheese with a washed rind has a sweet medium flavour.
