Please read this document before placing your order. Placing an order with us indicates that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions found on this page.

This website, www.nibblescheese.co.uk, is operated by Nibbles Cheese, VAT registration No. 639 3220 42 (referred to as “Nibbles”, “Nibbles Cheese”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These terms and conditions (of which the Privacy & Security Policy form a part) apply to all your (referred to as “you”, or “your”) purchases of items using this website www.nibblescheese.co.uk for items ordered by internet.

Purchasing And Payment
Once you make an order and complete payment, using our secure online payment through PayPal, we will then process it. PayPal accept all major credit and debit cards. A PayPal account is not necessary for payment, unless you intend to use a payment card already associated with a PayPal account.

Availability
All products listed on the website are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply any given product we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer you an alternative, which we consider to be equally as good or better. If you would rather cancel your order than to receive an alternative then you must advise us of this when offer you a an alternative.

Cheese Weights
As all of our cheese is cut by hand and we do our very best to be precise, the supplied weight may vary by up to 10%. Whole cheeses are approximate in weight as they are handmade and could weigh slightly under or over the given weight.

Prices
All prices shown are by weight or by item and are not inclusive of delivery fees unless otherwise stated. Nibbles Cheese reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All prices displayed at Nibbles Cheese website are inclusive of VAT and priced in GBP sterling.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it, subject to stock availability, weekends & bank holidays. We aim to have orders delivered within two to three working days. Our delivery times are for guidance and are not guaranteed. Once orders have been dispatched from us we cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time. Delivery is only on working days, therefore orders can only be dispatched Monday to Thursday to ensure delivery.

In order that the goods have the best chance of reaching you we recommend that, when placing your order, you ensure that the delivery address is correct. Please inform us if orders can be left with a neighbour or at your work place. Please be aware that a signature is required upon receipt of goods.

Please note that our courier applies a surcharge for the delivery in certain outlying areas e.g Scottish Highlands and offshore islands – please contact us for delivery charges in these areas.

Returns
We make every effort to ensure that your cheese gets to you in good condition. However, should you receive goods that are damaged on arrival, please contact us by telephone (01225) 460213 within 24 hours of receipt.

We can only accept returns for faulty goods, not for unwanted items – we may ask you to send the cheese back to. Please send it in its original, complete and undamaged packaging with the order delivery slip.

None of the above terms affects your statuary rights, if goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied, nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

Packaging
All products are delivered in a box, chilled with cold gel packs to ensure that your cheese arrives in a cool and perfect condition. Our cut cheese is wrapped in waxed paper and labelled with the name of each cheese.

General
We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of any information on our website except in relation to the description of items available for order.

You may access our website for your own personal use only. You may not use our website or its contents for commercial purposes.

The Nibbles Cheese website is provided “as is”. Accessing our website is entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible for defects, viruses or bugs, interruption or delay or compatibility with any other software.

We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (e.g. loss of revenue, profits, contracts, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or suppliers or sub-contractors, is consequential or not foreseeable to both you and us.

Our liability to you in relation to these terms and conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased.

You agree to fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or any person accessing our website using your account details.
