Seriously Hot Cheddar

This hand made flavoured cheese is made at Manor Farm, Poyntington, on the Somerset, Dorset border, by Melvin and his team. The mature cheddar used is selected from the West Country which is then flavoured. Seriously hot this mature cheddar is combined with jalapenos peppers to give a medium kick.
