The Victoria Wedding Cake

The Victoria is our ultimate luxury wedding cake. Artfully tiered upon a base of Farmer Gould’s mature cheddar. The second layer is a whole Somerset Brie and next comes Cornish Yarg. Bath Blue is the fourth layer which is a rich, creamy, organic stilton like cheese produced on a farm on the outskirts of Bath. This impressive cake is topped off with a Kelston Park organic brie and finaly a White Nancy unpasteurised goat’s cheese.
