Old Amsterdam Gouda

This cheese is the Netherlands best kept secret. It has been matured for over 18 months, in which time it has been transformed to a full flavoured cheese with a darker looking body. Its has crunchy, rich and tangy taste with a more pronounced spicy aroma reminiscent of parmesan.
