Saint Agur

Made in the village of Beauzac, Haute Loire, this cheese is expertly crafted following traditional methods. Saint Agur is well balanced, mild and rich in flavour with a very creamy and smooth blue texture; not too salty like most blues. It literally melts in the mouth.
