Vacherin Mont D’Or

A marvellous cheese from the Alpine region of Franche Comte, made between September and April, it has a rich velvety texture and a faintly resinous flavour. Baked is a fantastic way to eat Vacherin, heated in the oven until cheese becomes runny.
