White Nancy Goat’s Cheese

Made at Bagborough Farm, Pylle near Shepton Mallet by Pete Humphreys. This cheese is mild and crumbly with a white bloomy rind. White Nancy is named after a hill in the village of Bollington, Cheshire, near where Pete lived and worked before moving to the South West.
