Afterburn Cheddar

This hand made flavoured cheese is made at Manor Farm,  Poyntington on the Somerset, Dorset border, by Melvin and his team. The mature cheddar used is selected from the West Country which is then flavoured. Afterburn is our hottest cheese, a mature cheddar combined with chillies, hot peppers and garlic to give a hot and spicy kick.
