Bonfire Smoked Cheddar

This hand made flavoured cheese is made at Manor Farm, Poyntington, on the Somerset, Dorset border by Melvin and his team. The mature cheddar used is selected from the West Country which is then flavoured. This mature cheddar with flavouring to create a smoky taste, is then coated with paprika.
