Marmite Cheddar

This hand made flavoured cheese is made at Manor Farm, Poyntington, on the Somerset, Dorset border, by Melvin and his team. The mature cheddar used is selected from the West Country which is then flavoured. Love it or hate it, this mature cheddar is combined with marmite to give that familiar flavour that divides the country.
