Fosseway Fleece
Made at Ditcheat Hill Farm, Somerset by Phil Rainbow and Anita Robinson who started the Somerset Cheese Company in 2005. It takes its name from the old Roman Fosseway road that runs close to the village where the dairy is situated. Fosseway Fleece is made in a cheddar style and has a smooth and silky texture with a fresh and clean taste.
