Gould’s Cheddar Cheese

Traditionally made in Batch Farm, East Pennard, south of Shepton Mallet, Somerset for the last 50 years by Fred Gould and his sister Jean Turner. Milk produced from their own Friesian cows. Aged for around 12 months, it has a mature distinctive flavour and a smooth texture with a hint of nutty woodiness which comes with the aging process.
