Grana Padano

Grana Pedano is made all year round and matures more rapidly but apart from that its characteristics are basically the same as those of Parmigiano Reggiano. The ripening period varies between one and two years with the cheese colour darkening with age. An ideal alternative to Reggiano and also ideal for pasta dishes or for shavings over salads.
