Wyfe Of Bath

This cheese has become a firm favorite since we have started stocking it over 5 years ago. Made locally at Park Farm on the outskirts of Bath, this Gouda like cheese has a succulent and bouncy texture with a fresh rounded twist which is remenisent of buttercups and meadows.
